I am totally split on the opener at Soldier Field. Or maybe I should say I don't have a clue who will win. I know that is sacrilege for a game against the Bears, but there are too many question marks coming out of the pre-season.

1. The offensive line hasn't played together since August 13. Will the Fab 5 be together? That is the big question mark heading into the game.
2. Quarterback Aaron Rodgers hasn't played since August 23. Will he be rusty or rested?
3. Will wide receiver Randall Cobb (listed as probable on the injury list which means he will play) be healthy enough to make a difference and more importantly will he make through the game without injuring his AC shoulder joint further?
4. Will wide receiver James Jones be ready to play and make a contribution?
1. Where will linebacker Clay Matthews play. Inside or Outside? I vote inside.
2. Will inside linebacker Sam Barrington play? He has an ankle injury and is listed as questionable, which means 50/50. He had a bad pre-season, especially in coverage, so if rookie Jake Ryan has to start I wouldn't feel so bad.
3. Will strong safety Morgan Burnett play? He is also listed as questionable with a calf injury. Losing him will be a problem since the secondary is having communication issues again.
4. Where will Micah Hyde play? If Burnett is out or limited he will have to move back to strong safety and out of the slot where he is best suited. Hyde also is banged up with a neck injury.
5. Who will start at left cornerback? It seems to be Casey Hayward, but is he capable?
6. Will 1st round pick cornerback Damarious Randall have to play outside instead of in the dime package as is the plan if Hayward is at left corner, Burnett at strong safety and Hyde in the slot. If Hyde moves to strong then Randall becomes the slot or more to my liking Hayward moves to slot and Randall starts outside. I know that could be a problem with a strong arm quarterback, but I feel Randall will eventually be the starter at left corner.
7. Can Mike Pennel hold up at left defensive end? I think yes until Letroy Guion returns in Week 4.
8. Is B. J. Raji back? I also think yes and he is key to stopping the Bear running game up the middle.
9. Is Mike Daniels healthy? He hurt his ankle and hasn't had much of an impact during the pre-season. He needs to be full-strength and disruptive in order for the Packer defense t have a chance at playing well against the Bears.
10. Will the Packers go after Cutler or play coverage? I vote pass rush because coverage is not something Dom Capers can teach.
11. How many snaps will the Packers line up in a two-man front (Raji and Daniels)? I hope none because that formation takes away from the strengths of both players.
12. Finally will Dom Capers be fired before Sunday?
1. Will punter Tim Masthay kick well?
2. Can kicker Mason Crosby kick into the end zone on kickoffs after being told to kick short all pre-season?
3. Can the kickoff coverage unit hold the Bears inside the 20?
4. Can the punt coverage unit hold the Bears to five yards or less?
5. Can Micah Hyde average more than 10 yards a punt return?
6. Can Ty Montgomery return kickoffs beyond the 20?
7. Finally and the most important question mark of all can the return units play without committing a penalty negating any good return that might happen?
